  3. Small and Successful For businesses that may be small but are making waves and achieving success across all facets of business. This category is open to businesses with and annual turnover of less than $3 million. Trophy and $750 cash
  4.  Medium Mover For businesses that are kicking goals in every area. The category is open to businesses with an annual turnover of over $3 million. Trophy and $750 cash
  5. Social Change Maker For organisations where a positive social impact is at the core of their purpose. They are actioning innovative solutions to address social issues and better the region. Open to not-for-profit, social enterprise and profit-for-purpose organisations (contributing a minimum of 10% of their profits back to the cause). Trophy and $500 cash
  6. Workplace of Choice For businesses who value their employees and realise that looking after them results in better outcomes and higher productivity. They demonstrate leadership in the growth of their people, and show commitment to staff development, incentives and work/life balance. Trophy and $500 cash
  7. People’s Choice Voted for by the people, this award is for businesses that have gone above and beyond. It is an award that aims to encourage innovation, customer service, growth and excellence. All nominated businesses are eligible for public voting. Trophy and $500 cash
  8. Hall of Fame Developed to acknowledge and celebrate consistancy in superior business practices The Hall of Fame concept recognises award recipients who have won at least one category in three separate years. Trophy and plaque
  9. Business of the Year recognises the very best from across our region. The winning business through it’s outstanding achievements, will emanate business excellence and strengths across all areas of operations and highlight the Northern Outback as a  destination of choice for business. All nominated businesses who provide submissions are eligible for consideration for this award. Trophy, $2000 cash and $3000 digital marketing package.

Includes all volunteer-based positions where time is provided for sporting, arts, not-for-profit and community-based organisations. Trophy

Includes all services where qualified professionals are required to deliver the relevant service. Trophy
