The Judges are required to sign a Confidentiality Declaration and Conflict of Interest agreement that ensures that they do not disclose any information from the Awards, and that they have no interest in the outcome of any particular Award Category.

Preparing an award submission can be a rewarding experience in itself, providing a formal opportunity to reflect on your approach, your processes and achievements throughout the year.

As many award entrants will attest, the submissions are always the hardest the first time around.

The easiest thing is to work through the components and draft up a skeleton submission. Have other people on the team participate in remembering appropriate and relevant activities that would fall under the criteria headings.

The judges are looking for content that addresses the criteria and provides evidence of success.
Address all criteria, in as much detail as possible.
